1. Shipping Locations

We are pleased to offer shipping across Canada. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of these regions.

Canada:

  • We ship to all provinces and territories within Canada.

If you live outside of these regions, please reach out to our customer service team to inquire about potential shipping options.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer one shipping method to suit your needs. The delivery time may depend on your location. Below are the approximate delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping
    Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

  • Shipping method selected
  • Destination address
  • Size and weight of your order

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within Canada (excluding remote areas)

If your order qualifies for free shipping, the shipping cost will be automatically deducted at checkout.

4. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and shipping confirmation.

Note: Please allow additional time for processing during peak seasons, such as holidays or promotions.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Remote Areas: Some remote or rural locations in Canada may require longer delivery times and higher shipping fees. If you are located in such an area, we will notify you of any delays or additional charges.
  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We may not be able to ship to P.O. Boxes. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to shipping restrictions, we will notify you immediately and provide a refund or alternative shipping solution.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through the respective carrier’s website.

If you have trouble tracking your order, or if your tracking number doesn’t seem to be updating, please contact our customer service team, and we’ll assist you.

7. Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery of packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If you notice any errors in your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us immediately at admin@ce-solutions.ca to make corrections before the order is shipped.

8. Missing or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please:

  • Check the tracking information for any updates or delays.
  • Verify that the delivery address is correct.

If you still haven’t received your package after the estimated delivery date or if it appears to be lost, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We will help you resolve the issue with the carrier or initiate an investigation.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If your items arrive damaged or defective, please:

  1. Contact us immediately at admin@ce-solutions.ca.
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged product(s).

We will guide you through the return or exchange process.

10. Returns and Exchanges
